How to Enjoy

Indulge into Japanese tea making; yourself or with friends

Put matcha in the bowl
Using the bamboo tea scoop, put 2 scoops of matcha powder into a warmed matcha bowl. For a smoother texture, use a tea strainer.
Pour in hot water and whip it with tea whisk
Pour 60-70ml (2.2 oz) of water heated to 80-90°C (185
°F) into the bowl. Whip the tea with the tea whisk, starting at the bottom of the bowl. When the powder is fully dispersed; using your wrist, stir it gently in a circle.
Enjoy the rich flavor of Matcha
When whipped well, the matcha becomes creamy and mellow. If you choose to simply stir in the matcha powder instead, you will experience more of the iconic matcha flavor. Find your preferred way to prepare and enjoy matcha tea time!
